The Australian Labradoodle Club of America (ALCA) - is dedicated to the continued development of the up and coming, purebred, Australian Labradoodle. Our goal -preserving, protecting and improving the traits inherent in a true-Australian Labradoodle. Our breed standards are purposeful, with you, the consumer, in mind, as we continue the work started in Australia, here in America.

This work in Australia was driven by a woman who was blind, but her husband was allergic to dogs; therefore, she was not able to obtain a service dog. As a result of the founders commitment and dedication, so many of our fur families now have access here in America. The dogs that are produced are highly intelligent, truly allergy friendly (for most), family oriented, intuitive athletic and agile. Many go on to become service dogs, therapy, emotional support and medical alert dogs. Our breed heritage is traceable and each and every dog is identified by breed.
